Upper Academy (grades 5-8) is a time of change and discovery as students explore who they are and how they fit into Gods plan. The Vail Academy has a highly qualified team of Upper Academy teachers dedicated to helping students through the process of maturing academically, spiritually, physically and socially.
Sports and extra-curricular activities are an important part of acedemy life at TVA. Students have the opportunity to participate in volleyball, basketball, track and ski days in addition to the Outdoor Odyssey "O2" program.
Character building is enhanced through various service clubs and opportunities throughout the year. Spiritual growth is fostered through chapel, Bible class, and prayer and devotion times.
Formal classes in Music and Latin, and the integration of Computer and Art round out the core curriculum for our Upper Academy students.
