We embrace a classical approach to education by incorporating formal classes in Latin, Logic, and Classical Literature in various stages of our program. Classical teaching methods range from class lectures, to debates, to Socratic (discussion-oriented) teaching. Independent learning skills are sharpened at all grade levels.
Emphasizing concrete thinking and memorization in grade school and analytical thinking in the middle grades is a time tested method of teaching that helps students master the skills of learning and helps them understand and think, with greater depth, about the world around them.
